the summer streak challenge
ABOUT THE INITIATIVE
The Summer Streak Challenge is Tactic’s annual 30-ish-day fitness, health, and habits challenge - and in 2026 we’re partnering with the Be Good Foundation to make it our most impactful year yet! Participants commit to daily healthy habits, daily movement goals, track their streaks, and donate to win prize giveaways, all while supporting a cause that harnesses the power of cycling, community, and service to create life changing opportunities for others.
Your empowerment empowers the next generation!
The challenge will kick off on August 10th and wrap up in person at Rebecca’s Private Idaho with an official Summer Streak Celebration Party. We’d love for you to be there if you can! The sign up is a the very bottom of this page.
Here’s how it works
01 / donate to sign up and win prize giveaways
The more you donate, the better your chances are of winning some of our grand prize giveaways. For every $5 you donate, you get one entry. At $25, you entries double. At $50, they triple, and at $100 they quadruple. But here’s the secret - you win as soon as you sign up because there is no greater prize than the gift of committing to a challenge like this that gives back to you while supporting others.
02 / one month (ish) of commitment
Start your STREAK! On day one, you start stacking days where you check daily boxes on workouts, nutrition, and mindfulness habits. At the end of the challenge you will have a HUGE amount of momentum with sustainable practices and habits.
You get to pick the ones that work for you and leave the rest. You don’t have to do them all, a great challenge is not THE HARDEST challenge, it’s the one that creates the right impact for you right now. You get to be picky!
03 / make a massive impact
Every dollar, every mile, every weight lifted, and every streak directly supports The Be Good Foundation and their Girls Mentorship program. Your generosity and hard work will turn into real community impact.
Here’s WHAT YOU GET
Daily indoor, outdoor, and low equipment workout options to choose from that best suit your needs, access, and individual goals!
Daily nutrition, mindset, and reflection habits that feel approachable, not overwhelming.
Daily habit tracking tools to help you stay consistent (you don’t have to do everything)
Entry into the grand prize giveaway pool for the full challenge window
Access to a supportive, high-energy community of participants
The satisfaction of building habits that gives back!
The feeling of supporting an incredible cause that empowers the next generation in their fitness and outdoor endeavours!
Joining the Summer Streak Challenge is simple, affordable, and open to anyone ready to commit to 30 days of healthy habits alongside our community!

ABOUT US
Alex Parker
Multi-Sport Athlete, Endurance Expert, Cat Lover, Co-Founder of Tactic Method Coaching. Alex -
Alex Parker is a world class athlete and coach. She is a former Junior National Canadian alpine skier, five time All-American NCAA athlete, four time All-Academic NCAA athlete, CrossFit Games Athlete, sub-3 hour marathoner, and pretty darn good at most other sports too. She was a natural athlete from a very early age which ultimately earned her a full athletic scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage on their alpine ski team.
She applied that same drive in the classroom, earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and eventually being called to the bar as a lawyer. Her time practicing law was short lived as her passions called her elsewhere. In 2018, she co-founded Tactic Method, one of the largest nutrition and fitness coaching companies in Canada.
On the surface, Alex looks like an incredibly intense person. And she can be. But her real skill with coaching is her ability to connect with and empathize with the people whom with she works. She has a unique talent of combining clarity and structure with care and concern in a way that helps people build and implement useful strategies without overloading their capacity. What defines her approach is the ability to meet people exactly where they are and often see what they cannot. This helps them to embrace the present as a starting point without judgement and move steadily towards their goals – whether those goals are competing at an elite level in sport or just building some basic fitness and nutrition habits.
Alex believes in people and their ability to make the progress that they themselves may not believe they can make. Yet.

After leaving an engineering career in biopharmaceutical development, she Co-Founded Tactic Method in 2018 which has grown into a premiere training and nutrition coaching company. Through her work with Tactic, she helps everyday athletes and competitors alike find purpose and intention in their training, fuelling, and mindset work so they can move intelligently and methodically towards their goals. Rebecca Rusch
Athlete Performance & Mindset Expert · Creator of the Be Good Foundation-
Rebecca Rusch is a leading expert in athlete performance and mindset, a world champion endurance athlete, and a certified athlete mental health specialist. Over more than three decades, she has explored the limits of what's possible—from the start lines of the Leadville 100 MTB and the Iditarod Trail Invitational to summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro by bike and riding the entire 1,200-mile Ho Chi Minh Trail. She is a two-time Hall of Fame athlete, Emmy Award–winning storyteller, best-selling author, and founder of the Be Good Foundation.
Known for her grit and curiosity, Rebecca is driven most by helping others discover their own strength—on the bike, in the outdoors, and in life. After a concussion forced her to step back from sport for the first time since her teens, she had to relearn what resilience and well-being truly mean. That experience deepened her commitment to mental health and shapes her work today.
Through the Be Good Foundation, she uses the bike as a tool for healing and empowerment, from clearing unexploded bombs in Laos to expanding access to the outdoors. Her Emmy-winning film Blood Road follows her ride along the Ho Chi Minh Trail to find the crash site of her father, a Vietnam War pilot—transforming personal loss into a mission of connection and service.
Rebecca created the Athlete Operating System to share practical, science-backed tools for resilience, adaptability, and lifelong vitality through speaking, workshops, and retreats. On her podcast What's the Rusch, she has honest conversations with high performers about identity, growth, and the courage to evolve. Whether leading a workshop, speaking on stage, or working one-on-one, her goal is to help people move with purpose, embrace challenge, and build stronger communities—because she believes performance and well-being go hand in hand.
now, a little about you
You are a hard working person who is ready to make a difference for yourself and others
You are here to create a little streak and a huge impact!
Maybe you’ve taken a few first steps before. Maybe starting and stopping is not a new pattern for you. Or maybe you’ve got some good things dialled in and you want to turn those dials a little bit more.
Our challenge will help you take a lasting first step towards healthy practices you can actually sustain and provide opportunities for new challenges for those looking to push themselves further out of their comfort zone. We can do this together without turning your whole life upside down. You are someone who keeps showing up, that’s why you’re here! You know that a streak of ten honest minutes a day beats a perfect plan you’ll never actually do. You are here to show up on the ordinary days and not just the inspired ones.
And most importantly, you believe in taking care of others just as much as you believe in taking care of yourself.
You don’t have to be a world class athlete or a very regular gym goer. You don’t need a perfect record or fancy gear to get something out of this. You just need about 30 days and the willingness to keep going, to keep building your streak. You know that 30 days may not change everything but it has the POWER to change everything. Every streak we help build cannot be built without YOU. People like you doing small things together helps support and empower The Be Good Foundation’s Girls Mentorship Program.
That’s the whole story and it’s not a story about us, it’s a story about you and the impact you will have.
