STEP TWO: CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

We have 6 different programming options to choose from.

Daily

Is an intelligently designed strength and conditioning program that progresses in multi-week blocks to help you improve in all areas of your fitness in a way that you will be able to see through your results and feel in your everyday life.

Scaled

Is the daily workout but scaled down for limited equipment and lower skill level. Still a great workout and the right way to go as you work towards the daily workout!

TOTS (Daily and Scaled)

These workouts are shortened versions of both the daily and scaled workouts to help you get in and out of the gym in 30 minutes or less while still getting a great workout in!

Build

Is a hypertrophy program that borrows structure and themes from the daily workout but puts a heavier emphasis (pun??) on muscle and strength building.

Hyrox

Is a program designed to get you ready for a Hyrox race or just develop functional strength, strength endurance, and a big aerobic base! If you like to run, lift, lunge, and carry - this program is for you!

Foundations

Is a course that is geared towards those folks who are new to functional style training or just looking for a refresher on the movements commonly used in functional style training.

STEP THREE: Download the app!

With your membership, you have access to the Tactic Fitness App which is where all of our workouts will be displayed each day and where you can log your results! You can find a link to that app at the top of the page after you log in. You can use the app in your web browser or download it directly to your mobile device.
