On this page you will find everything you need for the next 31 days! You will find digital resources and important links. It is our goal to make this program fun and friendly but also potent and powerful too. We have done this for a few years and seen these small habits change lives, and we are confident they can do the same for you too!

before you start…

Think about WHY you are committing to this 31 day challenge.

What are you looking to get from it?

What are you looking to learn about yourself?

31 days can feel like a long time to do the same things every day, but by building some routines and rituals into your days, you can start to learn about what things serve you, what things don’t serve you, and what tendencies you have when stress and emotions start to challenge your commitments.

Things will come up. There will be days where you don’t want to do some or all of the daily tasks. What will you do then? Will you fall into old patterns or will you lean into a new way of doing things?

Maybe your goals are to improve your eating and exercise habits across these 4 weeks.

Maybe your goals are to learn how to appreciate yourself and those around you.

Or maybe you don’t have a specific goal or know exactly why you are doing this. That’s ok too, we hope that in your practice, you will discover more about yourself and your values.

Have fun with this and remember there is no one right way to build new habits, there is the way that works best for you and you do not have to be perfect!

All daily content related to the challenge (workouts, habits, journal prompts, blogs, and videos) can be found on the tactic fitness app. You can use the app to view and record your habits challenge progress! You will be able to record a score or log a completion for each habit, each day. More of a pen and paper person? Take advantage of our printable habits tracker and your favourite journal!

Do you sometimes struggle to get back on track if you miss a day or two? Perhaps you’ve been described as a “perfectionist?” This worksheet is a handy tool for breaking down and addressing the All or Nothing fallacy as it shows up in your life. It’s a handy companion to any health, fitness, or process related endeavour!

Print off this habits tracker, grab your favourite markers or crayons (or steal them from your kid), hang this bad boy on your fridge, and experience the satisfaction of colouring in each of those little squares for 31 days!

Ok so this isn’t directly related to the habits challenge, but is an incredible article written by Scott Barry Kaufman on finding meaning and gratefulness during the inevitable struggles we all face. It changed the way I think about gratitude and hardship.
